Rates and Reservations

We are superhosts at Airbnb and use it for all our reservations. Please go there to make inquiries, find our rates, and availability. Our low season rates start at $85 USD per night.

Please note:

There are three homes on our property; our house is one of them.

There are STAIRS (1 or 2 steps), UNEVEN THRESHOLDS and LOW DOORWAYS in the house. If you are above 5′-7″ or 170 cm you may have to duck to get through a doorway.

There is a 40-inch TV in the living area with Roku streaming channels (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon +++). There is NO CABLE TV.

There is gas and electric space heating throughout, and air conditioning in master bedroom only.

The kitchen includes a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, french press coffee pot, electric water kettle, toaster, dinnerware, flatware, utensils, pots and pans.

Cell phone service can be weak. Sprint works well; AT&T and Verizon are spotty. Turn on wifi calling if your plan and phone allow it.

Parking for two cars is available. The paths and driveway are gravel over dirt and are uneven.

Wildlife abounds here. The neighbor’s dog (“Lady”) might walk by–shy, but sweet.
